Overview
ITDC is seeking an Office 365 / SharePoint Engineer to administer enterprise Microsoft 365 environments, secure tenant configurations, and engineer SharePoint solutions. Role supports identity, access management, and compliance configurations.
Responsibilities
- Administer M365 tenant, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online with focus on security configuration.
- Implement and validate Microsoft Purview, Defender for O365, and Conditional Access policies.
- Support data loss prevention, eDiscovery, retention, and records management capabilities.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity, identity, and compliance teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years engineering Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and related services in enterprise environments (derived from labor category equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, Conditional Access, Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Strong understanding of M365 security baselines and federal compliance overlays.
- Bachelor's degree (derived); MS-100, MS-500, or SC-400 preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Federal customer experience with FedRAMP-authorized M365 GCC or GCC High.
- PowerShell automation for M365 administration.
- Records management experience with federal requirements.
