Overview
ITDC is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in .NET technologies, modern DevSecOps practices, and delivering solutions within complex, regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise .NET applications supporting mission requirements
- Support delivery across multiple concurrent efforts, ensuring alignment with priorities and timelines
- Participate in Agile and DevSecOps processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and program leadership to implement scalable, secure solutions
- Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, security, and quality standards
- Provide technical input to support stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree with 8 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise system deployments
- Strong proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C#
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins)
- Experience with SQL Server and data modeling; familiarity with ORM tools (e.g., Entity Framework)
- Experience working within Agile and DevSecOps environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Active Secret clearance preferred; must be eligible to obtain
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable)
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., OWASP)
- Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular or React)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, ARM, or similar)
- Agile certification (CSM or SAFe)
- DevOps certification (e.g., Azure DevOps, CDPM)
- Experience supporting federal or defense environments
Active Secret DoD Clearance highly preferred
