Overview
ITDC is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst / QA Manager to operate baseline configuration control, change management, and program quality assurance for a federal cybersecurity portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Operate the program's configuration management process: baselines, change requests, change control board.
- Build and execute the program quality assurance plan including peer review, audit, and deliverable acceptance.
- Track and report quality metrics; coordinate corrective actions with technical leads.
- Integrate CM/QA with RMF, ATO, ISCM, and POAM workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of configuration management and/or quality assurance experience in IT programs (derived).
- Working knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, ISO 9001, or equivalent quality frameworks.
- Federal program experience with CM/QA integration into security and authorization processes.
- Bachelor's degree (derived); PMP, ITIL v4, Six Sigma, or CSQE preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Federal cybersecurity program experience.
- Hands-on Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence.
- Audit, IG, or oversight engagement experience.
