Configuration Management Analyst / Quality Assurance Manager

Overview

ITDC is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst / QA Manager to operate baseline configuration control, change management, and program quality assurance for a federal cybersecurity portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Operate the program's configuration management process: baselines, change requests, change control board.
  • Build and execute the program quality assurance plan including peer review, audit, and deliverable acceptance.
  • Track and report quality metrics; coordinate corrective actions with technical leads.
  • Integrate CM/QA with RMF, ATO, ISCM, and POAM workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of configuration management and/or quality assurance experience in IT programs (derived).
  • Working knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, ISO 9001, or equivalent quality frameworks.
  • Federal program experience with CM/QA integration into security and authorization processes.
  • Bachelor's degree (derived); PMP, ITIL v4, Six Sigma, or CSQE preferred.
Desired Qualifications
  • Federal cybersecurity program experience.
  • Hands-on Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence.
  • Audit, IG, or oversight engagement experience.
