Overview
ITDC is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager to support endpoint configuration, software deployment, patching, compliance baseline, and endpoint security support using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and related Microsoft endpoint tools.
Responsibilities
- Administer MECM/SCCM collections, deployments, patch baselines, inventory, reporting, and endpoint compliance configurations.
- Support incident containment through endpoint isolation policies, emergency patching, and configuration changes.
- Coordinate with vulnerability management and SOC teams to remediate endpoint risks.
- Document endpoint baselines and changes for ATO and configuration management evidence.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on MECM/SCCM administration experience in enterprise environments.
- Experience with endpoint patch management, software deployment, compliance reporting, and configuration baselines.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Federal suitability eligibility and ability to support secure endpoint operations.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Group Policy, Windows Server, PowerShell, and ServiceNow/Jira.
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or related certification.
