Overview
ITDC is seeking Senior Technical Project Managers to lead technical workstreams across cloud, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and SOC operations within a federal cybersecurity program.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical workstream planning, sequencing, and delivery within the broader program.
- Translate technical roadmaps into schedules, risks, dependencies, and resourcing.
- Coordinate engineering, security, and operations teams.
- Status-report to the Project Manager Level III and program leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical project management experience in IT or cybersecurity (derived).
- Strong technical depth across cloud, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, or SOC.
- Hands-on with Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree (derived); PMP, CSM, or PSM preferred; Security+ preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Federal customer experience.
- Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure).
- Hybrid agile / hybrid waterfall experience in regulated environments.
